Wrong Item Sent Me A Different Sonice

Sonic The Hedgehog 8.5 Inch Baby Sonic Plush - I wanted to buy the Sonic Baby plush and instead I got the Sonic from the Sonic 3 movie. I have been trying to return it and they keep telling me they sent me the correct item. They keep saying its the same one from the picture. I keep telling them it's not. But if I want to return the item i have to pay the shipping my self. Even though their advertisement was false. Please see picture below .
